Carolina Crescent evolved into a unique locating process for matching a buyer with the perfect tract they are looking for. We concentrate on our clients needs and deal directly with land owners, not the usual MLS, brokerage link normally associated with the real estate industry. Under certain conditions we do work with outside brokerage firms, but normally locate tracts that are not currently on the market and have no market wear.
CCC is an army of one, which eliminates any confusion, accelerating the entire process, resulting in the client really getting a suitable tract at a suitable price. We use all updated computer generated equipment as GPS, GIS locaters, mapping software, etc. to provide excellent coverage in any chosen area while locating a tract. C. David Elliott is the owner/Broker-in-Charge of CCC and has been involved in land sales for 20 years and closed over $100 million in sales.
We also do project management for the buyer if the tract has developmental potential. We can start with the permitting and get final plats for the tract and manage the sales and marketing of the lots for the client. We have a list of developers who we work with in purchasing these tracts as well.
